No, the customised meal plan is designed to meet your exact nutrient needs. But if you're still hungry, feel free to add snacks or use the build-your-own meal template for more satisfying meals.
Is Fuel Your Bump suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes! There is a separate vegetarian meal plan. If you’re vegan, please email [email protected] first so I can tweak it just for you.
Is this suitable for me if I’m on insulin?
Yes! Sometimes insulin or medication is required. In this instance, you can refer to the in-depth insulin section in the guide. Everything else in the guide will still be applicable to you, too.
Will I work with Helena one-on-one?
While there is no direct contact, you can ask me questions via the Facebook group.
Will it be expensive to buy the foods you recommend?
No. Having a baby is expensive enough, so everything I suggest should be available at your local supermarket.
